1993 The first small processing plant manufacturing
Traditional Flavor dry products is established
in the village of Baicun, in the town of Gangwei,
located within the larger cities of Longhai
and Zhangzhou.
1996 Jiasheng Industry Co. Ltd., manufacturing
frozen products and Traditional Flavor dry products,
is established in the town of Gangwei, located
within the larger cities of Longhai and Zhangzhou.
1997 Longhai Jiarong Foods Co. Ltd. is established
and ¡°Haide¡± becomes a registered trademark.
The manufactured range is also expanded to the
Traditional Flavor instant food range.
2000 Awarded the TCQ issued by the State Ministry
of Agriculture.
2001 Passes the ISO9001 (2000 standard) and
HACCP quality management and quality assurance
system authentication. In addition it is awarded
the title of ¡®dragon-head enterprise¡¯ issued
by the Fujian Prefecture Oceanic and Fishery
Dept.
2003 Its range of 9 types of Traditional Flavor
instant products is awarded the ¡®A¡¯ Grade Green
Food Certificate issued by the China Green Food
Development Center. At the same time it is also
awarded the title of ¡®Fujian Prefecture¡¯s Seafood
Products Dragon-head Industrial Enterprise¡¯,
jointly issued by the Fujian Prefecture Oceanic
and Fishery Dept., and the Fujian Prefecture
Finance Hall.
2004 Its 6 million RMB expansion project started
in 2002 is fully completed and put into production.
The company¡¯s 600mu (a Chinese unit of area
equal to 0.0667 hectares) freshwater fish breeding
facility is put into operation, at the same
time the fish meal processing plant located
in Baisha is also put into production.
2005 The company applies to obtain registration
to the European Community.
Since 2002 the company has been constantly
praised as a ¡®big contributor to taxes¡¯ by
the local government and has a ¡®¡°AA¡± Credit-rating
in Tax-paying¡¯.
