Longhai Jiarong Food Co. Ltd., established in
November 1997, is a ¡°dragon-head¡± industrial
enterprise that combines stock collection, processing
and trade, possessing the
rights for both import and export. The company¡¯s
total capital amounts to 76 million RMB, and
the company¡¯s structure occupies an area of
78mu (a Chinese unit of area equal to 0.0667
hectares). Factories and offices cover an area
of 38600m2, including a 6600 ton-capacity refrigerator,
and an 18000m2 processing plant that can process
30000 tons of seafood products annually.
Since the company was established, it has
tried to develop a spirit that emphasizes

And all this, while constantly improving basic
facilities. The company now possesses 9 different
kinds of processing plants including the Tilapia
processing plant, the crab processing plant,
the frozen products processing plant, the
pre-cooked products processing plant, the
Traditional Flavor dry food products processing
plant, and the Traditional Flavor instant
food products processing plant. These processing
plants are all fitted according to the strict
requirements of the international regulations
for the industrial processing of seafood products;
moreover every single product is allocated
its own complete range of hi-tech equipment.
The company has always pursued perfection
in the quality of its products, and with this
at heart it has set up a fully functional
and fully equipped testing, research and development
center. At the same time, it is constantly
bringing in new experts in the field, and
improving its management system. In 2000 the
State Ministry of Agriculture awarded the
company with the TQC, in 2001 it passed the
ISO9001 (2000 standard) and HACCP quality
management and quality assurance system authentication.
Further still, in 2003 its Traditional Flavor
instant food products were awarded the ¡®A¡¯
Grade Green Food Certificate by the China
Green Food Development Center, and, finally,
in 2005 it applied to obtain registration
to the European Community.
The company¡¯s main products include the Tilapia,
pasteurized tinned crabmeat, frozen seafood
products, pre-cooked products, Traditional
Flavor dry products, and Traditional Flavor
instant products ranges. The products are
also exported to the U.S., Japan, Korea, Southeast
Asia and the European Community. We will continue
as always to strengthen the quality of our
products, closely follow market changes, constantly
strive to invent new products, and take to
a new level the development of more refined
